Bereavement is the feeling of grief when we lose someone or something close to us and although very painful for many is a normal, natural process.
However due to the personal nature of grief , many people find it beneficial to speak with a therapist who can provide a non-judgemental, safe and empathic environment within which the bereaved can discuss any and all emotional and physical reactions and be gently supported in their journey.
Therapy can help the client to safely identify and express their feelings of anger, guilt, fear, anxiety and sorrow.
Therapy can help the client come to terms with their loss. Whether it is the death of a loved one, loss of a job or moving home, our therapist can assist you through the grieving process.
